What is the best thing about anger?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 13, 2008:

I think the best thing about anger is the relief that flows throughout your body once you have expelled all of that bad energy. It's weird, but after you blow up your calm and peaceful.

The most difficult thing about love is being able to give up a piece of yourself and give it to someone else and trusting them not to break it.
